Gowing Law Solicitors are seeking a motivated Property Assessor to join our expanding Housing Disrepair team on a part-time basis every Saturday.

Over the past four years, we have been passionately tackling housing disrepair cases across the UK. With more than 30 thriving teams nationwide, we’re continuing to grow – and you could be part of our success.

Our Property Assessors are the vital part of the claim process, detailing all disrepairs requiring attention. If you’re looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

No Experience Needed – Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required. Basic computer skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Gathering key information about the tenant’s disrepair issues
• Taking photographs of the disrepair
• Checking moisture levels in walls and ceilings
• Completing detailed reports
