Gowing Law Solicitors are currently looking for a Recruitment & Admin Assistant to join our expanding Recruitment & Admin team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and strong ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will be confident both on the phone and in person, highly organized and self motivated. ;

You will be based in our lively and supportive Failsworth office ( M35 ) with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Full training and all equipment for home working are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting telephone interviews with potential candidates
  • Processing new starter applications and documentation
  • Providing regular updates to management
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate communication
  • Assisting with the onboarding process and induction arrangements for new employees
  • Managing and updating recruitment database
  • Supporting general administrative duties across the recruitment department
  • Assisting with posting job adverts and monitoring applicant activity
