Gowing Law Solicitors are currently looking for a Property Assessor to join our expanding Housing Disrepair team.

Over the past four years, Gowing Law Solicitors has been passionately tackling housing disrepair cases!

With over 30 teams thriving across the UK, we are ready to grow even further!

We’re on the lookout for a proactive individual to join our dynamic team as the next Property Assessor in Brixton and the surrounding areas.

Our Property Assessors serve as the vital first point of contact to kick-start the housing disrepair case process. If you are passionate about creating meaningful change and supporting those in need, we would welcome the opportunity to hear from you.

No experience is required as full training will be provided however basic computer skills would be an advantage

Responsibilities and Duties

• Extracting information needed regarding their disrepair from the tenant
• Taking Pictures of the disrepair
• Checking moisture levels within walls and ceilings
• Conducting detailed reports
