Gowing Law Solicitors are currently looking for a Property Assessor / Sales Advisor to join our expanding Housing Disrepair team.

We are seeking a Full Time Property/Sales Advisor assessor to work within a team environment visiting potential client’s properties. The candidate must be hardworking and keen to help our clients with a positive attitude.

The work requires the individual to travel so you will need a full UK driving licence and your own transport. Fuel costs will be covered.

You will be working within the housing disrepair team under an area manager. Although you will be working within a specific geographical area close to you, as an organisation, we work nationally we are aiming to grow rapidly in the next 12 months.

We are currently recruiting for the following geographical areas:

  • Watford / North London.

Based from home you will be expected to cover a designated area to speak with local tenants and undertake surveys. After the initial visit you will be required to upload the report and photographs onto a dedicated customer management system. Although training is given, basic computer skills would be an advantage.

This role can either be on a self-employed basis or on a fixed term basis.

It is not necessary to have experience within the property or building trade to be able to do this role as full training will be provided.
