New Claims Advisor - Oldham HQ

Gowing Law Solicitors are currently looking for a New Claims Advisor to join our expanding New Claims team.

Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Join the Gowing Law Team as a New Claims Advisor within our New Claims Department. You will be the first port of call for our clients, providing advice and processing their claim. You will be taking and making calls to potential clients who have contacted us regarding their claim (no cold calling involved).

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have a great telephone manner, be confident speaking with clients and will ideally have experience within a call center or customer support environment.

You will be based in our Manchester office (M35) with the possibility of splitting your time between the office and home in the future. You’ll work 35 hours per week and on a shift basis. You may be required to work shorter shifts on weekends but this will be on a rota basis.
