Client Liaison Agent - Midlands

Gowing Law Solicitors are currently looking for a Client Liaison Agent to join our expanding Housing Disrepair team.

The work requires the individual to travel so you will need a full UK driving licence and your own transport. Fuel costs will be covered.

You will be visiting our clients at their homes to discuss different aspects of their legal case including, approving witness statement, discussing settlement offers and carrying out property assessments in respect of Housing Disrepair cases. Although you will be working within a specific geographical area close to you, as an organisation, we work nationally we are aiming to grow rapidly in the next 12 months. This role may involve travelling to properties in Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby and Stoke-on-Trent.

Based from home you will be expected to cover a designated area to undertake client home visits arranged by our office appointments team. After your visit you will be required to upload your work to our dedicated case management system. Although training is given, basic computer skills would be an advantage.

This role can either be on a self-employed basis or on a fixed-term basis.

It is not necessary to have experience within the legal, property or building trade to be able to do this role as full training will be provided
